1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "the Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and dh888 (hereinafter "dh888", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). dh888 operates an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, live casino games and slot titles accessible via the domain https://dh888.cam.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the dh888 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 2 Definitions

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the dh888 platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR-denominated (or equivalent) funds held in a Player's Account, comprising real-money funds and, where separately tracked, bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-spin value or matched-deposit amounts awarded subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required by the platform in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and fraud-prevention obligations.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or any other gaming product offered on the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets that must be placed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory in which accessing or using the platform is unlawful, restricted, or requires a local licence not held by the operator.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction applied at the Player's request that prevents access to the Account for a defined or indefinite period.

3 Acceptance of Terms

By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, or by continuing to use the platform after any update to these Terms has been published, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read, understood and agree to be bound by the current version of this Agreement.
• You satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 4 below.
• The information you provide to dh888 is accurate, complete and not misleading.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money staked on the platform.

If any of the above representations are incorrect, you are not authorised to use the platform and must close your Account immediately.

4 Account Eligibility

Access to dh888 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform:

You must be at least 18 years of age or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. dh888 employs age-verification controls and KYC processes to enforce this requirement. Providing a false date of birth during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing and using the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. dh888 does not provide legal advice. Pakistani users are specifically advised that online gambling is subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and may be subject to additional provincial regulations. dh888 makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.

Each individual may register only one Account on dh888. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or under aliases, is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of dh888 or its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold a Player Account or to participate in promotions.

5 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on dh888, you must register a player account by completing the registration form and providing accurate personal details including, but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address and a contact number.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, allow any other person to use your Account, or use any automated login mechanism not provided by dh888. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use will be attributed to you, whether or not you authorised that activity.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify dh888 support immediately via the channels listed in Clause 18. dh888 will take reasonable steps to investigate, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where reasonable security practices were not followed by the Account holder.

Accounts may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or another supported currency as displayed in the cashier at the time of registration. Currency conversion rates applied by the platform are set by dh888 and may differ from interbank rates. Players should check applicable rates before transacting.

6 Identity Verification (KYC)

dh888 is required to verify the identity and age of all players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. KYC verification may be requested at any time, including upon registration, upon reaching deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or at the discretion of the platform's compliance team.

Acceptable identity documents may include, but are not limited to:

• A valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or NICOP;
• A valid passport showing the biographic page with photograph;
• Proof of address (e.g., recent utility bill or bank statement) where required;
• A selfie or liveness-check photograph to confirm identity.

Documents must be submitted exclusively through dh888's secure HTTPS verification portal. You must never send sensitive identity documents via unsecured email, SMS, social media, or any third-party messaging application. You must not alter, obscure, crop, or otherwise modify any submitted document. Submission of falsified documents is a criminal offence in most jurisdictions and will result in immediate account closure, reporting to relevant authorities, and forfeiture of all balances.

dh888 reserves the right to place withdrawal holds on accounts pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Deposits may be accepted prior to full verification; however, withdrawals will only be processed once verification has been approved.

7 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits must be made using payment methods available in the live cashier at the time of transaction. dh888 accepts no responsibility for failed deposits arising from restrictions imposed by the Player's payment provider. Familiar Pakistan payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced for context only. Their availability in the cashier must be verified by the Player directly, and their mention here does not constitute an endorsement of or by any provider. All deposits must originate from accounts held in the Player's own verified name.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must have passed full KYC verification;
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must have been completed;
• The withdrawal method must match, where required by the operator, the deposit method used;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits as published in the cashier must be satisfied;
• The Account must be in good standing with no active investigation, dispute or restriction.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

dh888 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Each promotion is limited to one claim per Account, per household, and per IP address, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds and free-bet awards are non-withdrawable and are used to generate winnings subject to wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without exception.
• Certain games may be excluded from, or contribute at a reduced rate to, wagering requirements. Check individual promotion terms.
• dh888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
• Where dh888 determines that a Player has exploited, abused or attempted to circumvent bonus terms through any means, including but not limited to artificial bet patterns, account duplication or collusion, dh888 may cancel all associated bonuses and winnings and close the Account.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on dh888 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market or game, as well as the general betting rules published on the platform. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable rules.

dh888 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet, at any time, without explanation. Bets are not considered accepted until a confirmation reference is issued by the system. Technical errors during bet placement do not create an obligation on dh888 to honour the intended wager.

In the event that a bet is accepted due to a manifest or obvious pricing error (including erroneous odds caused by system or human error), dh888 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Player's Account. This applies regardless of whether the bet has been settled.

Cancelled or abandoned sporting events (including PSL matches and ICC tournament fixtures) will be settled in accordance with the rules published for the applicable market. Where no specific rule applies, dh888 will apply its standard cancellation policy, which typically results in the return of the original stake.

10 Responsible Gambling

dh888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe that gambling should remain a form of entertainment and never become a source of financial hardship or personal harm. The following tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Requests will be processed promptly and are binding for the stated duration.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on dh888. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information;
• Attempting to launder money or process funds derived from criminal activity through the platform;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or other automated means to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or pricing errors knowingly and without reporting them to support;
• Attempting to circumvent geographic or account restrictions using VPNs, proxies or other technical means;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or fraudulent activity in connection with bets placed on sporting events;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing dh888 staff or other players through any communication channel.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the dh888 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and page layouts — is the exclusive property of dh888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, publicly display, republish, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of dh888.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, dh888 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data or business arising from use or inability to use the platform;
• Losses or damages arising from system failures, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, or network interruptions;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain credential security;
• Errors in odds, game results or bet settlement arising from third-party data feed failures;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.

Nothing in this clause excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Privacy & Data

dh888 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that document.

Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It will be shared only where required for KYC/AML compliance, payment processing, or as required by Applicable Law. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations. To exercise these rights, contact us as described in Clause 18.

15 Account Suspension & Closure

dh888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder;
• A regulatory or legal obligation to do so;
• The Account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in the operator's inactive account policy.

Upon closure, any real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the verified Account holder via a method approved by dh888, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

16 Amendments to These Terms

dh888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, dh888 will notify registered Players by publishing the updated Terms on the platform and, where practicable, by notifying Players via email. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.

Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 15.

17 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction. By registering, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute.

In the event of a dispute, you must first contact dh888 support as described in Clause 18 and allow a period of not less than 14 calendar days for the complaint to be investigated and resolved. If the dispute cannot be resolved through this internal process, you may escalate to the applicable alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body available under the operator's licensing framework.

dh888 makes no representation that these Terms are enforceable, or that the platform's services are available, in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Pakistani users access the platform entirely at their own risk and legal discretion.
